This is a great course for you if you want to work as an executive coach working with senior leaders – usually CEOs, Directors and Heads of service.

ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring
A practical, outcome-focused qualification for senior internal coaches in organisations. It’s designed for coaches who not only want to be excellent coaches, but also have responsibility for championing coaching across the organisation. It will help to ensure your internal coaches are working in a person-centred, performance-focused and organisationally-astute manner.
Typical clients: For organisations that want to develop powerful but cost-effective internal coaching solutions. Delegates typically include middle managers and Heads of service; HR and L&D professionals. Delivered multiple times; for example to a group of L&D professionals in the financial services industry and in the NHS.

This is an ideal qualification for you if you are a first line manager or supervisor who will be coaching frontline members of staff.
